Executive Deputy Principal of Secondary School (International)
Jessica has 17 years of experience in international curriculum teaching and school management, with a strong command of IBDP, IBMYP, IGCSE and A Level programmes. She has previously worked at Guangdong Country Garden School, Beijing Huijia Private School and the IB programme of Guangzhou Foreign Language School.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a Master’s degree in Child Development and Educational Psychology, and a professional training certificate in youth counselling issued by the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Nyn Ren
Deputy Principal of Secondary School (International - Student Development)
Nyn has worked at several renowned international schools, including HT NANJING IMPACT ACADEMY. With 17 years of practice in teaching and school leadership, she has taken part in three school start-ups from the ground up and played a full role in the development of international secondary education. She has led the design and implementation of a diversified curriculum framework covering IBDP, A Level, AP, NCUK, IFD and BTEC pathways.
Nyn completed an educational management programme at University College London (UCL). As an official examiner for IBDP Language B, she brings authoritative expertise in language teaching and assessment.
Nyn has received the title of “Outstanding Teacher” from the provincial Department of Education, the “Outstanding Contribution Award” from a well-known education group, and the title of “Advanced Educator” from the municipal government.

With more than 25 years of deep experience in international education, Jennifer is not only a seasoned educational leader, but also holds a range of highly respected professional qualifications, including the PTC International Principal Certification, Cambridge International Education Certified Teacher Trainer status, and Cambridge examiner accreditation.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in English Language Teaching from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Bohai University.

Linda Liu
Deputy Principal of Secondary School (International - Pastoral Care)
Ms. Linda Liu brings 15 years of expertise in international education, with a distinguished track record in teaching and student development. She holds her bachelor’s degree in English from Jilin Normal University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Beijing Normal University.
Has successively served as Dean of Moral Education and Director of Academic Enrichment at well-known schools in China. She has demonstrated exceptional capability in student behavior management, large-scale event planning, and cross-cultural program coordination. She established the school-wide house system, and the comprehensive academic enrichment framework, while optimizing and overseeing diverse school programs. She also brings extensive experience in leading teams through student mentorship, home-school communication, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Peng Li
Assistant Principal of International Secondary School (DSE)
Special-Grade Physics Teacher of Hubei Province; Professor-Level Senior Teacher. Honors include: National Outstanding Science and Technology Instructor; Recipient of the Wuhan Municipal Government Special Allowance; Physics Master Teacher of the Changjiang Daily Public Welfare Master Teacher Team; Chief Master Teacher of the Wuhan Municipal Employee Innovation Studio; and Master's Supervisor for Professional Degree Programs at Hubei University.
Participated in the review of physics textbooks published by the People's Education Press (PEP) and in the research project “Feasibility Study on Exercise Allocation for the Compulsory Series of Senior High School Curriculum” at the Physics Curriculum and Textbook Research Institute.
With over 20 years of extensive experience in teaching Grade 12 (senior year of high school), he has achieved outstanding results: 23 students from his classes were admitted to Tsinghua University and Peking University; over 90% of his students entered Project 985 and Project 211 universities. He guided students to win more than 70 national first and second prizes and over 120 provincial first prizes in physics and science and technology competitions. In addition, students under his mentorship have obtained over 1,000 utility model patents in total.
Murray Fowler
Head of Academic Unit and MYP Coordinator of ISA Wenhua Liwan School of Guangzhou (International)
Mr. Fowler holds a BA in Geography from King’s College London and completed his PGCE at Oxford Brookes University. With nearly fifteen years of leadership experience in China, he brings a deep understanding of both international and Chinese educational contexts.
Mr. Fowler previously held senior leadership roles at Wellington College in the UK, one of the country’s top IB and IGCSE/A-Level schools, where he served as Head of Department, Boarding Housemaster, Head of Year, and Deputy Director of IB. In 2011, he moved to China to help establish and lead Wellington’s first overseas campus, serving as both Deputy Head and Head of School. He later gained valuable experience in blending Chinese and Western educational approaches while overseeing the foreign teaching team at a Sino-Canadian school in Guizhou, before joining an IB Continuum school in Suzhou as MYP Coordinator and whole-school Principal. In 2022, he received a Forbes China Award for his leadership, and his Senior Leadership Team was recognised as outstanding by the Suzhou Education Bureau.
