Graduating with distinction from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, he boasts a MA Degree in School Improvement and Leadership, coupled with a Master of Education degree. During his professional career, he distinguished himself in the Hong Kong Education Bureau, initially serving as a Curriculum Officer subsequently ascending to the esteemed position of Senior School Development Officer. His expertise has garnered international recognition, as evidenced by his selection to participate in prestigious international academic assessment conferences organized by esteemed institutions such as the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in the United States.
His impressive portfolio further extends to his leadership role as the school manager overseeing a network of primary and secondary schools within the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in Hong Kong, where he steered the overall strategic direction and management of these institutions.
In addition to his managerial responsibilities, he served as an Assessment Quality Assurance Platform (AQP) Consultant for the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, contributing significantly to ensuring the integrity and quality of assessments. Simultaneously, he imparted his knowledge and experience as a Master of Education Lecturer and Principal Class Lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University, nurturing future educators and leaders in the field.
